Hi all! I finally released the pre-final version of my tool, TOC Changer.
This tool was made to help PSX/PS2 hackers editing TOC data information, for example changing the file size and/or file LBA.
So you can expand and move files inside your PSX/PS2 iso file.
If some of you work on PSX/PS2 games, you should know how important file expansion is.
Should be very helpful when trying to insert a file into the Xenogears image format that was bigger then the original.
